libmbim-glib-dev software package provides Header files for adding MBIM support to applications that use glib, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmbim-glib-dev
libmbim-glib-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmbim-glib-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmbim-glib-dev *
You will get with libmbim-glib-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
